In 7 days

In 7 days, I'll be packing for a trip that I've been anticipating for months.

Currently, I have a house that is looks like a disaster and I need to clean it. I know that it should be cleaned, but I'm saving that for the 4th. I mean, doesn't that sound like the best 4th plans ever?

I also have a list of things I have to do between now and then. Not only at home, but also at work. And probably the fact that I stayed home sick for most of the day doesn't help the situation.

But between now and then, before the night I can't fall asleep, before I say good-bye to my friends, before I pack as well as I can, I'm trying to enjoy now, this weekend, good beer and cooler temps.

And in all honesty, I can't wait for next Wednesday...
